and to explore how our communication styles influence us both professionally and personally

Breta Gorman, RSM, has studied the Enneagram for over 20 years, with workshops by Palmer, O’Leary and others.

She has a permanent teaching certification with over 30 years experience as a teacher, motivational speaker and retreat director.

Objectives

1. Identify an objective framework of human behavior.

2. Recognize the value of individual differences in communication styles.

3. Assess the relationship between a person, his/her personal and professional responsibilities, and the Enneagram personality types.

4. Use the Enneagram tools to improve effectiveness in relationships and enhance personal and professional motivation.
