Helpful hints . . .

            Arrive before supper and, after evening prayer, spend a quiet night in one of our private rooms or even more private hermitage cabins.  Drift to sleep in the whisper of ancient pines and arise to the sounds of Nature surrounding you. 

After breakfast, begin a day of contemplation with morning prayer and meditation. 

            Or come for breakfast and begin your day with morning prayer and direction before spending time in our peaceful surroundings.  After lunch, continue your introspection until you depart before supper.

            Perhaps you’d prefer to arrive before lunch and structure your time for an overnight retreat, departing after lunch the next day.
